Ultima Thule

Ultima Thule is a Viking Rock band from Sweden, their style of rock is a mix of Oi!, Street Punk and Teddy Boy. The group has often been described as a white power band, even though the band oppose racism and fascism.

History[]

Ultima Thule was founded in Nyköping, Sweden in 1984, The band was inspired by punk rock groups such as The Sex Pistols. Their songs is a mixture of Nordic folk music and punk rock, this style of rock is described as Vikingarock.

Criticism[]

The band's first EP was. sponsored by Bevara Sverige Svenskt ( a far-right, racist organization) was used for a campaign by the Swedish Party.Some of their songs were included on compilation albums with bands like Skrewdriver and Brutal Attack. Bruno Hansen, the original vocalist of the band used to be the leader of Nordic Realm Party.
